🇨🇦 Canada

We currently ship within Canada only using reliable shipping carriers. Only $19 shipping and tracking is provided where available. Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $300 (before taxes).

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we do not yet ship internationally.

We are actively working toward offering international shipping in the near future. Once available, shipping destinations, costs, and customs information will be updated on this page.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
• Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Returns, Exchanges, Damages & Lost Packages

• Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Natural variations in crystals and stones are not considered defects.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

For lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier, customers may be required to contact the carrier directly.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
