Returns & Refunds Policy

At Endless Earth Collectibles, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review the information below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• Your order is missing items

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Crystals, stones, and fossils (natural variations, inclusions, color differences, and textures are not considered defects)
• Intuitive or mystery items
• Sale or clearance items
• Digital products (if applicable)

We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or natural characteristics of stones and crystals.

If an item has return limitations, this will be clearly noted in the product description.

Exchanges and Refunds

• Exchanges may be offered at our discretion for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability.
• Refunds are issued only after an issue has been reviewed and approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
